🔨 Your Daily Adventures:
- Oversee maintenance operations for property and grounds.
- Keep our spaces sparkling with regular upkeep and preventive maintenance.
- Walk the property to ensure everything's tip-top, including vacant units.
- Respond to service requests promptly and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate our amazing service team to be their best!
🔩 Skills You'll Rock:
- Know-how in property management policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with RealPage products is a plus!
- Ace communication skills, both verbal and written.
🛠️ Position Requirements:
- 3 years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience.
- EPA Universal certification is a must.
- Experience in employee management.
- Physical prowess to handle the job's demands.
- Valid driver's license and your trusty automobile.
- Bring your own tools and expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and more.
- HVAC Certification required. CPO and/or CAMT preferred.
- Experience in Multifamily residential housing? Even better!
